Police Divisions Change

Strathclyde police have merged their four Glasgow City Divisions into three. The change took place on 23rd October and effectively aligned our local police operational boundaries with the new Glasgow City Council political wards.

Before the change Saracen and Maryhill police offices manned one end each of our neighbourhood. Now all of Woodside will be policed from the West End Office at 609 Dumbarton Road in Partick. Residents can contact them on 0141 532 3500 to report any (non emergency) incident or for advice or information.

Community policing in Woodside will remain the responsibility of Constable Mark Barrow who has had long experience working in our neighbourhood.
