The public meeting of 18th April organised by your Community Council to address the problem of anti-social behaviour in and around Braid Square was filled to overflowing in Woodside lesser hall.


Review of parking controls

Glasgow City Council Roads Committee was presented on 2nd May with a review of the Parking Controls recently introduced to the west end including Woodside.


Anti-social behaviour

Your Community Council is concerned at the steep rise in vandalism and anti-social behaviour attributed to gangs of youths in the vicinity of Braid Square and Karol Path.


Butcher closes

Docherty Brothers butchers of 44 Clarendon Place have closed after more than 50 years trading.


Parking public meeting

Local campaigners the Metered Parking Action Group have organised a second Public meeting about the controlled parking chaos in the West End includingWoodside.


Tenement completion

The reconstructed tenement at the corner of Clarendon Street and Maryhill Road is to be handed over to its occupants on 20th February 2006.
