Tenement completion

The reconstructed tenement at the corner of Clarendon Street and Maryhill Road is to be handed over to its occupants on 20th February 2006.

The building suffered extensive fire damage in 2004 and has been reinstated at a cost of £2.5 million.

Photo of new temement Punch Taverns, owners of the former Clarendon Bar have re-branded the public house which is now to be called ‘The Thistle’ and will target the executive market.

Other commercial premises in the building including the Café du Sud are also expected to re-open in March 2006.
